  • How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?                                                                                                                                                          DopeMan Gear is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our ordering policies please see the "ORDER POLICIES" page.
  • How Can I Track My Order?                                                                                                                                                                                       Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please be Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive.
  • I Placed An Order But Never Received Confirmation E-mail?                     

    If you do not receive an email from DopeMan Gear within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

  • I Placed My Order But Haven't Seen Any Movement From DopeMan Gear                                                                                                                 

    If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send tracking. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 5-7business days as stated in our shipping policy.
